Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based On Eligibility

This role provides direct clinical patient care. It involves assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and at the unit level. The role supervises staff and delegates appropriate care, supporting the CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, clinical staff competency, and resource management related to patient care.

Has effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Education: Required:
Graduated from a state approved or accredited school of nursing. Preferred:
Academic degree in nursing (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
Certifications: Required:
Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.

Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett is a 196-bed full service hospital located at 2986 Kate Bond Rd in Bartlett.
