LPN
- Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking to find an experienced LPN
- Licensed Practical
Nurse for our Short and Long-Term Care units.

  • $33.68 to $47.48 per hour based on experience. Plus additional for shift differential!
  • Full, Part-Time and Perdiem:
    Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available.
  • Valuable $150 Weekend Shift Pickup bonus!

LPN
- Licensed Practical Nurse
Qualifications:

  • MA LPN
    - Licensed Practical Nurse License.
  • Long-Term Care experience preferred.
  • BLS certification.
  • Flexibility with work assignment.
  • PCC experience a bonus!

LPN
- Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:

  • Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner.
  • Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.
  • Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians.
  • Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
  • Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action.
  • Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
