Qualifications- Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts (no CNA or medical assistant candidates)
- Demonstrated school-based nursing experience required
- Ability to successfully complete CORI and fingerprinting processes
- Experience working with young children, especially those with complex medical needs
- Availability for part-time hours (Mondays and Fridays only)
- Willingness to ride a school van with the student before and after school
- Open to Zoom interviews
- Supervise and deliver care to a 3-year-old student with a tracheostomy and occasional ventilator support
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during van transport
- Engage and communicate effectively with the student and school staff
- Provide attentive, compassionate support and intervene as needed for student health
