** Base Pay (Based on Experience):
*** 1 year: **$33.50/hour
*** 10 years: **$52.36/hour
*** 15 years: **$62.83/hour
*** 20+ years (maximum): **$73.31/hour
**** Shift Differentials:

** 15% differential (up to $6.00/hour)
*** Evenings:
** 10% differential (up to $4.00/hour)

* LPN Ratio: 2:1 (4-year cap)

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Minimum
** 6–8 months of Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience
** Preferred* One year of Emergency Department experience

** Candidates must have prior Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience.
