Nurse Supervisor

St. Patrick's Manor, a Catholic, not-for-profit senior care community in Framingham, MA, is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. You will oversee clinical practice on your unit, support and mentor nursing staff, coordinate care for long-term, rehab, assisted living, and memory care residents, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and infection control practices. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Oversee clinical care delivery for long-term, rehab, and memory care residents
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate resident care plans with interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct clinical support and respond to resident status changes
• Lead shift huddles, assignments, and handoffs
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Promote a resident-centered, faith-based care environment
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with families and providers to address concerns
