Rehab Unit Nurse

St. Patrick's Manor seeks a compassionate Rehab Unit Nurse to provide resident-centered care to seniors in our faith-based community in Framingham, MA. In this role, you will deliver skilled nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor residents' progress during short-term rehabilitation and long-term stays. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support CNAs, and engage families in care planning. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents on the rehab unit
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and progress
• Develop and update individualized care plans with the care team
• Coordinate with therapy, physicians, and families on rehab goals
• Supervise and support CNAs and other unit staff
• Educate residents and families on care, recovery, and safety
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards
