LPN, LPN​/LVN, Healthcare Nursing

St. Patrick's Manor, a Catholic, not-for-profit senior care community in Framingham, MA, is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term, rehab, and memory care units. The LPN will deliver bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, and collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and therapists. Working in a warm, faith-based environment, you'll support residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while growing your professional skills within a supportive, team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care to residents in long-term, rehab, and memory care units
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident conditions, vital signs, and care plans in the EMRSupport assessments and coordinate with RNs, physicians, and therapists
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health needs
• Uphold infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support residents' spiritual and emotional needs in a Catholic, resident-centered environment
