We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate nursing care in a faith-based, nonprofit long-term care facility.
Responsibilities include- responding courteously to staff, residents, and families
- following established nursing standards and facility policies
- supervising and evaluating resident care and initiating corrective actions
- managing shift reports and conducting daily resident rounds to identify and address issues
- interpreting policies for staff, residents, and physicians
- MA RN license
- preferably long-term care experience
- BLS certification
- PCC experience is a bonus
- strong communication and leadership skills
- attention to detail
- ability to inspire and motivate teammates
