Internal Medicine Physician Assistant - Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy and collaborative Internal Medicine practice, working alongside one physician and two nurse practitioners.

• Schedule: Flexible hours available; open to both part-time and full-time candidates
• Availability: Must be available to work on Fridays
• Experience: New graduates will be considered

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct and document medical histories, physical exams, and patient assessments
• Order diagnostic tests and consults per established guidelines
• Collaborate with supervising physician on complex cases as needed
• Develop and implement health maintenance and disease prevention plans, including patient education
• Triage and manage patient phone calls with appropriate documentation
• Prescribe medications within scope and in collaboration with supervising physician
• Stay current through professional development, continuing education, and participation in meetings
• Follow billing, HIPAA, and EMR documentation protocols
• Expected to provide 6.5 hours of bookable patient care in a full 8-hour workday
