About the Opportunity

A growing veterinary practice in
Framingham, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced veterinarian for a senior clinical leadership position. This opportunity is ideal for a DVM who wants to combine hands-on medicine with team leadership, mentorship, and practice development
.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to help shape the medical direction and culture of a growing practice while working alongside an experienced support and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
  • Diagnose and manage a broad range of small animal cases.
  • Establish and maintain strong clinical and patient-care standards.
  • Mentor and support associate veterinarians and veterinary staff.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership on operational and clinical improvements.
  • Help develop a strong client-focused culture and exceptional patient experience.
  • Contribute to practice growth, strategic planning, and long-term development.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the surrounding community.
Qualifications
  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree.
  • Active Massachusetts veterinary license in good standing.
  • 4+ years of veterinary clinical experience.
  • Strong background in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Collaborative and compassionate leadership style.
  • Strong interest in practice development and long-term growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in taking an active role in the success of a practice.
