Associate Veterinarian

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Veterinarian to join our small team! Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a more recent graduate, we'd love to meet you. If housing is an issue there will be a newly remodeled two bedroom apartment available to help your transition to the beach state of mind.

We welcome veterinarians who are:

• Graduates of an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Massachusetts
• USDA-accredited (or willing to obtain - we'll help!)
• Skilled in general practice and soft tissue surgery
• Experienced with or interested in cats and dogs
• Positive, team-oriented, and eager to grow both professionally and personally

We'd love to meet you if you also:

• Enjoy educating clients to help them make informed decisions about their pets' care
• Are confident in discussing diagnostics and treatment plans with clients
• Have an interest in integrative medicine or a unique specialty you'd like to bring to the team
• Have in interest in low stress handling - we want our patients to have the best experience they can with us, via safe handling/wall cheese/relaxation meds.
• Have an interest in working toward a Cat Friendly Practice - setting this up in clinic is the owner's dream.

Schedule

Looking for a full time associate to have a 3 or a 4 day work week (30-36hrs/week) - clinic hours can be adjusted to suit shifts (i.e. 3 longer days a week). No weekends! Also, open to part time set schedule. All of these things can be written into the contract - we are independent and don't want to play corporate games.

Current Clinic

Hours:

• Monday - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday
  - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• No weekends or on-call hours
