Main Responsibilities
- Collect Environmental Monitoring (viable air, viable surface, non-viable air samples) and Critical Utility samples (RO, DI, WFI, steam water, compressed air, and mixed gases) in a timely manner, following scheduled plans
- Perform tasks in accordance with cGMP and HSE requirements, and related instructions, procedures, and records
- Record all expected raw data, calculations, and task-related information to comply with cGMP and data integrity requirements
- Ensure training and qualification for assigned analytical testing
- Review QC data of executed tests by other analysts in a timely manner, following scheduled plans
- Notify manager of any quality or HSE event (deviations, OOS) promptly to support investigation and impact assessment
- Participate in investigations as needed to support appropriate investigation and impact assessment
- Maintain a quality and safety status for lab/facilities and instruments so they can be used appropriately
- Work in a Quality Control Laboratory; ability to lift at least 10 pounds
- May require a vision exam and/or entering controlled environments following proper gowning protocols
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1 year of experience in a GMP lab environment
- Experience with lab-based data management systems
- Experience in a Quality Control Laboratory
- Work in a laboratory with minimal use of chemicals
- Ability to lift at least 10 lbs
