Leasing Agent

Pay: $22–$27/hour

The Liberty Group is hiring Apartment Leasing Consultants for opportunities throughout Boston and the Greater Boston area.

If you're outgoing, organized, comfortable working with people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, property management could be a great fit.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting prospective and current residents
• Conducting apartment and community tours
• Following up with prospective residents
• Responding to phone and email inquiries
• Assisting with applications and move-insli>
• Maintaining prospect and resident information
• Providing administrative support to the property team
• Delivering excellent customer service

We're looking for candidates with:

• Apartment leasing or property management experience or
• Strong transferable experience in hospitality, sales, hotels, retail, customer service, or administration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Comfort using computers and learning property-management software

Pay: $22–$27/hour depending on leasing/property management experience, assignment requirements, and skill level.

Temporary, long-term, and temp-to-hire opportunities may be available throughout Greater Boston.
