** contract Research Associate
** for our Pharmaceutical partner in Framingham, MA. The anticipated hourly wage for this position is **$*
* ** 54.38** . Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
As a Research Associate, you will support scientific research by executing experiments, performing analytical procedures, and interpreting data to contribute to project milestones. This role requires strong laboratory skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative research environment.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Execute laboratory experiments and analytical procedures following established protocols.
+ Design, perform, and interpret routine scientific experiments under general supervision.
+ Investigate technical issues and assist with troubleshooting laboratory processes.
+ Plan and prioritize multiple experimental activities to meet project timelines.
+ Compile, organize, and analyze experimental data to support research objectives.
+ Prepare summaries and present research findings to team members as needed.
+ Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures.
+ Access and process data using reporting tools, including Revenue Manager, SAP iShift, and other supporting systems.
+ Contribute to the successful completion of project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
+ Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support ongoing research initiatives.

* Qualifications:
*
* + Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline required.
+ 3-6 years of relevant laboratory experience, including academic and/or industry experience.
+ Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific methodology.
+ Experience analyzing and interpreting experimental data.
+ Familiarity with reporting systems such as Revenue Manager, SAP iShift, or similar platforms is preferred.
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
+
Required skills:
Assays - CE, liquid and caliper and HPLC. Preferred - Hamilton liquid system, Strong Microsoft skills will be trained on client specific programs.
