Your base pay will be based on your skills and experience, and you will also have the chance to earn team-based bonuses. Note that temporary associates are not eligible for the benefits but can participate in the 401(k) program.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the Dining Services Director in maintaining high resident satisfaction, managing costs, upholding sanitation standards, and training employees to provide outstanding quality food and service.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure safe food handling practices are monitored and enforced.
- Participate in food inventory management.
- A college degree in hospitality or related experience is preferred. Experience in various food service operations is considered an asset.
- Current Serv Safe Certification is required.
