Snow Farm is hiring for a Kitchen Assistant for the seasons of April to October, with the opportunity to return for future seasons. The position is based in Williamsburg, MA.

Kitchen Assistant: prepares the salad bar, assists in serving meals, assists the Lead Cook as requested, washes dishes, and helps clean the kitchen. Experience in a kitchen is helpful but not required. Seeking candidates who are happy to learn, can jump in wherever needed, and are pleasant to work with. Shifts are 8am-3pm or 3pm-close.

• Pay: $18-$20 per hour depending on experience.
• Benefits include meals on shift, paid sick time, an end-of-season bonus, and (when vested) a free craft workshop.
• Snow Farm will provide necessary paperwork for seasonal layoff unemployment at the end of the season.

Experience in a kitchen is helpful; no prior experience required. Willingness to learn, adaptability, and teamwork are essential.
