We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. You don’t need to be an expert in tearing down motors (though that’s a plus), but a background in automotive parts is preferred.

• Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Using your parts knowledge to assist team members and customers
• Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions

• Using technology (computer, cash register, phone, catalog system)

• You enjoy helping customers with auto parts and questions
• You have experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering with cars/trucks
• You are eager to learn about automotive parts

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good listening skills and empathy

• Passion for automotive or related industries
• Experience in retail, auto body, or collision repair
• Knowledge of inventory systems or cataloging
• Customer-centric attitude
• ASE Certifications (a plus)
