Associate Account Manager

We are working with a home décor company as they hire an Associate Account Manager to support key corporate retail accounts.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their experience in national retail. You’ll work closely with leadership, gain exposure to major accounts, and play a hands-on role in driving sales strategy and execution.

Candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone.

• Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans
• Assist in managing and growing key retail accounts
• Build seasonal and program-based presentations for buyers
• Analyze sales data, retail math, and market trends
• Monitor monthly budgets and sales performance
• Partner cross-functionally from pitch through delivery to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Maintain quote sheets, costing files, and account documentation
• Help identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts

• Current and direct contacts in this area of business for Home Goods, TJX, or other key national accounts
• Experience working Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field
• Experience in sales, merchandising, or account support within home décor, or related consumer categories
• Understanding of retail math and sales reporting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Clear communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment
