Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. An Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

• Work with commitment and pride to deliver a GOLD‑Grand opening look daily.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI space.
• Use bin storage to organize member orders according to gold standards.
• Clean and maintain bins regularly following safety standards.

• Access and read production and financial performance reporting for your department.
• Understand the impact of consistent execution on the business.

• Process member purchases quickly, courteously, and friendly by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using a handheld scanner to verify and pick orders from the sales floor.
• Communicate inventory or equipment problems and highlight expired or short‑dated items on the pick list.
• Inform the club team when merchandise needs replenishment.
• Pull merchandise from reserve area when possible to avoid sales‑floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked on time to meet productivity requirements.
• Work with high urgency to meet deadlines and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards while adhering to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and collaborate with leadership when metrics are not met.
• Securely package orders following standard operating procedures.
• Keep the SFC area neat, clean, and organized; perform housekeeping duties including trash removal and handling damaged goods per SOP.
• Process returns and determine handling via DDR or Membership desk.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including dress‑code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including work in other departments when needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

• Previous order‑pulling experience preferred.
• Big‑box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Prior RF scanner experience preferred.

• Most of the time spent moving continuously on hard surfaces; may require bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
• Requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds; may need assistance for heavier or awkward items.
• Typically in a comfortable environment with moving machinery and loud equipment; exposure to temperature extremes possible when pulling refrigerated orders.
• May have occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good‑faith estimate of the compensation range for this position: $16.75 – $20.10 per hour. Actual salaries will vary depending on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
