Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Team Members carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld RF scanner device to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicate inventory problems.
• Communicate with club team when merchandise needs replenishment; work with team to pull from reserve area when possible.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Securely package the order according to standard operating procedures and maintain a neat, clean SFC area.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine handling via DDR or Membership desk.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

Previous order pulling experience preferred. Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Most of the time is spent moving around on hard surfaces. May need to bend, climb, crawl, reach, and stoop. Continuously lifting objects up to 30 pounds, occasionally heavier with assistance. Comfortable environment with machinery and loud equipment. Possible exposure to temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders. Possible exposure to company-approved cleaning agents.

Compensation range for this position is $16.75 – $20.10 per hour. Actual salaries vary by location, education, experience, and qualifications.
