About Us: A fast growing and established specialty Asian food market located in Framingham MA.

What are we looking for: A boutique Asian grocery store is looking for a neat, detailed-oriented, energetic, experienced and motivated customer service person who can work as a full‑time store assistant. Strong organizational skill and attention to details are a must.

The position will work between 30–40 hours a week and will increase up to 50% more hours during the peak season between Nov and March. In addition to excellent compensation, we also provide opportunity for on‑site training in Asian food knowledge and career advancement training. As the specialty store is going online, the individual has great chances to develop and learn during the next few years.

Job Description

Job descriptions includes, but not limited to:

Assisting customers to check out (Cashier)

Interacting with customers and increasing sales (Customer Service)

Restocking shelves and organizing storage area

Sorting and packing online orders

Wrapping, bagging and weighing vegetables and fruit

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

At least 18 years old with retail or customer service experience

Able to provide exceptional customer service and have good overall people skills

Decent English speaking skills, along with good command of one of the Asian languages is an advantage

Honest, reliable, responsible

Neat, highly detailed‑oriented, energetic, self‑motivated

Required experience:

Cashier: 1 year
Retail Sales: 2 years
Customer Service: 2 years
