Backroom Team Associate

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour (plus performance incentives and premiums).

Additional compensation: premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Mid‑shift, Closing.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the back‑room. Associates must lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be required.
