Job Description
Full-time position available for Store Assistant Manager.
- Responsible for all aspects of operations during shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example for the crew and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
- Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong team attendance and punctuality record.
- Ensure transportation to/from work and maintain a perfect store image.
Previous team members may advance to management, franchise ownership, or corporate roles.
