Bakery Lead Full Time

BJ's Wholesale Club -  - Responsibilities:
Lead Bakery Department Operations:
Maintain bakery operational standards and ensure efficient production and high-quality prepared foods.;
Manage Inventory Proactively:
Monitor inventory levels and perform timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions.;
Demonstrates Full Proficiency:
Execute all department functions including preparation, baking, and merchandising to company standards.;
Accurate Item Labeling:
Ensure items are properly priced and labeled in compliance with policies.;
Sanitation and Safety Compliance:
Maintain safety regulations including cold chain procedures and Serv Safe guidelines; ensure equipment cleanliness.
