Assistant Market Manager

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Market Manager to support performance across our energy terminals and retail network. In this role, you will help manage daily market operations, track sales, margins, and inventory, and assist with pricing execution in a safety-focused, regulated environment. You will coordinate with logistics, supply, and retail teams to maintain reliable fuel availability, prepare analytical reports on trends and KPIs, and support planning and budgeting.

This position offers exposure to midstream logistics, retail operations, and sustainability initiatives with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Support daily market operations across energy terminals and retail locations
• Monitor sales, margins, and inventory to optimize profitability and minimize shortages
• Assist with pricing updates and execution within assigned markets
• Coordinate with logistics, supply, and retail teams to ensure reliable fuel availability
• Prepare reports and analysis on market trends, performance, and KPIs
• Help ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities for assigned markets
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in operations and customer service
