Part Time Retail Field Trainer

Advantage Solutions seeks a Part Time Retail Field Trainer to coach in-store teams for leading consumer brands. Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store product, sales, and merchandising training to retail associates across assigned locations.
• Coach store teams on execution standards, planograms, and promotional displays.
• Observe and assess store performance, providing feedback and follow-up coaching.
• Report training outcomes, store visit notes, and opportunities using company tools.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to align training with brand and retail priorities.
• Schedule and prioritize field visits to meet coverage and program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with retail execution standards, pricing, and signage requirements.
• Support new program rollouts and product launches with on-site education and demonstrations.
