About the RoleAs an Account Manager you will manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, driving renewals, and guiding clients on how to leverage our data, analytics, and insights.
What You’ll Do- Grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts, working with sales specialists to identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas
- Build relationships with potential buyers and influencers; take a consultative approach to identify client issues that our platform can solve
- Initiate conversations about new opportunities and partner with Sales Specialists to develop and close opportunities
- Work with Customer Experience to optimize usage and value of services
- Lead critical renewal conversations and meet or exceed renewal and expansion quotas
- Accurately forecast opportunities and use CRM to manage your portfolio
- 3+ years of individual, quota‑carrying selling experience in Tech, Software, or IT
- Experience in account planning and collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Experience negotiating and closing multi‑year service contracts
- A powerful work ethic with energy, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Superior communication skills and proficiency in crafting compelling narratives using MS Office tools
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Salary range: $53,000–$101,000 per year, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, unlimited paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer contribution, and eligibility for a bonus or commission plan.
