Marketing Director

Bose Corporation is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead global marketing for our Audio Technology (B2B) division. We’re looking for a technology-first leader—ideally from software, SaaS, or platform-based companies who knows how to position complex technologies for enterprise customers and build scalable partner ecosystems.

Reporting to the CMO and serving on both the Bose Global Marketing Leadership Team and the Audio Technology leadership team, this role connects business strategy with global marketing execution to drive growth through partners and licensees.

• Drive B2B Growth: Partner with Sales and Business Development to translate technical capabilities into compelling enterprise value propositions that accelerate pipeline and revenue
• Lead Partner Marketing: Build and scale global co-marketing programs within partner ecosystems, including OEMs, platforms, and licensing relationships
• Shape Go-to-Market: Lead GTM strategy for new technologies, platforms, and partner launches
• Elevate the Brand: Ensure Bose is represented consistently and credibly across all partner and B2B channels
• Build Influence: Position Bose as a leader in audio, connected experiences, and platform innovation through PR, thought leadership, and industry presence
• Lead & Scale a Team: Build a high-performing team aligned to a fast-evolving, tech-driven business

• 12+ years in B2B marketing within technology companies (strong preference for software, SaaS, or platform environments
  )
• Proven ability to market technical or platform-based products to enterprise audiences
• Deep experience in partner/ecosystem marketing and co-selling motions
• Strong track record supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex deals
• Experienced leader in global, matrixed organizations
• Strategic, credible, and highly effective with executive stakeholders
• Passion for technology, innovation, and building premium brands

Hybrid work in our Framingham, MA or NYC office locations

Our compensation is thoughtfully tailored to your skills, experience, education, and location, and goes beyond base salary. The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Framingham, Massachusetts is: $197,800-$272,050. The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
