Customer Service Manager

Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader and we are hiring now!

Earn $17.00 per hour. Flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm). Competitive wages paid weekly.

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments, make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required for travel between work locations; mileage reimbursement is available.
