You will partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Sales Ops to drive profitable growth and align with objectives, overseeing strategy, operations, systems, analytics, and governance.
You will manage the compensation execution team, build plans for commissions and SPIFFs, and ensure accurate seller payments.
