Summary
Guide and inspire customers through a welcoming, engaging in-store and online shopping experience. Build lasting customer relationships through gracious service, styling, and product knowledge while supporting sales and store operations.
Responsibilities- Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online experiences while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales by assisting clients and using technology effectively.
- Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
