Job Type: Part-Time, On-site

Rate: 16 USD per hour

• Security Guard will protect Carmel Terrace against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry.
• Periodically patrol building and grounds and report irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked.
• Permit authorized personnel and visitors to enter premises.
• Respond to any alarm in the building and call police or fire department.
• Open door for ambulance or other expected service vehicle entering the building.
• Help maintain organization and calm during emergency situations.

• Alert with excellent observation skills.
• Ability to take swift and efficient action in times of emergency.
• Effective management of time and schedule constraints is necessary.
