Provide customer service to staff, patients, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and respond to alarms, access control issues, and/or unusual conditions; document and report observations per site requirements.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with onsite personnel and/or public responders as directed.;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate post orders during shift turnover, and assist with de-escalation and customer support when needed.
