Security Officer Dispatch Operations –
Framingham, MA
. As a Part‑Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. This role combines strong customer service and clear communication with a visible presence that helps deter issues. You will monitor activity, coordinate security‑related communications, and support timely responses to incidents and service needs.

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities from a dispatch‑centered post.
• Monitor communication systems, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls to help identify security‑related concerns and relay information to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Dispatch officers and/or other site personnel to reported incidents, priority calls, and routine service requests throughout the location while maintaining clear and accurate communication.
• Document incidents, activities, and response details in logs and reports, helping support timely follow‑up and continuity of operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, helping support coverage needs as working environments and conditions vary by location.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
