Security Dispatch Operations

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities from a dispatch-centered post;
Monitor communication systems, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls to help identify security-related concerns and relay information to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Dispatch officers and/or other site personnel to reported incidents, priority calls, and routine service requests throughout the location while maintaining clear and accurate communication;
Document incidents, activities, and response details in logs and reports, helping support timely follow-up and continuity of operations;
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, helping support coverage needs as working environments and conditions vary by location
