Loss Prevention Lead Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Loss Prevention Lead Specialist to protect assets at our Service Center in University Park, IL. The role focuses on shrink control, internal investigations, and root cause analysis of shortages.

• Provide protection of all company assets including people, property, and information.
• Conduct theft investigations using surveillance via CCTV and covert equipment.
• Transact, audit, and support the operational team with trailer yard activities.
• Monitor alarm systems, building access, fire and life safety regulations.
• Serve as a business partner in operational processes and inventory to reduce shrink.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.
• Pay attention to detail, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
• Be action‑driven and results oriented.
• Work well in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.

Position is based out of the service center at 2635 Federal Signal Drive, University Park, IL, 6484. Starting pay range is $19.05 to $25.75 per hour.
