Security Officer Dispatch Operator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, phones, and/or other communication systems to receive reports, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Coordinate dispatch support for incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations by prioritizing calls, communicating updates, and helping direct the appropriate response within the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns according to site policies;
Complete detailed logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate important information during shift changes to help support consistent operations
