Security Officer Communications Console

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Monitor communication systems, receive calls for assistance, and coordinate the timely dispatch of personnel to support security-related incidents, service needs, and routine activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting key details and sharing updates with site leadership and/or responding personnel.;
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records related to calls, incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related communications and dispatch functions.;
Support regular and random patrol activity by tracking officer status, relaying post instructions, and communicating conditions observed around the business and perimeter.
