Security Officer Dispatch Console

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.;
Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and camera systems, document incoming calls and activity, and dispatch appropriate personnel to routine issues and critical incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Coordinate communication between on-site personnel, store management, and/or emergency services, helping to support timely responses to incidents, medical calls, and other security-related concerns.;
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to support accurate documentation of daily activity, unusual events, and follow-up actions.;
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, and communicate observed conditions or service needs to the appropriate personnel
