Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a healthcare and pharmaceutical location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, labs, offices, and perimeters.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and per established protocols; contact emergency responders when required.;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and activities in reports and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
