Securitas is seeking a Part-Time Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at client locations. In this role, you will oversee security officers, coordinate post assignments, and ensure consistent, professional protection of people, property, and assets. You will monitor access control and patrol activity, respond to incidents and emergencies, and complete clear, timely reports. Acting as the on-site contact for clients, you'll model Securitas' values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness while supporting training, safety, and continuous improvement across your team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
- Coordinate daily post assignments, coverage, and staffing needs
- Monitor site security, access control, and patrol activities
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating as needed
- Conduct incident reporting and maintain accurate shift logs
- Ensure officers follow Securitas and client policies and procedures
- Provide on-the-job coaching, feedback, and performance oversight
- Serve as primary on-site contact for clients and visitors
- Assist with training, safety briefings, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with management on service quality and improvement
