Job Description:We are seeking a full-time Motorcycle Mechanic to perform routine maintenance, repair, and performance upgrades on a wide variety of motorcycles, including American and Asian brands. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for motorcycles. You will work on everything from basic maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring every bike is in top‑notch condition.
Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance services, including oil changes, tire changes, brake inspections, and chain adjustments.
- Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, and mechanical issues across a wide range of motorcycle makes and models.
- Perform inspections and tests to ensure motorcycles meet safety and performance standards.
- Communicate with customers to explain necessary repairs and estimated timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, repair techniques, and technologies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Follow all safety procedures and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
- Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems, including both American and Asian models.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine issues.
- MUST bring your own tools (tool requirements can be discussed during the interview).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in various conditions.
- Passion for motorcycles and an understanding of the industry.
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Optional Saturday work, if desired.
- Pay range: $18 - $40 per hour, based on experience.
