You’ll start with award‑winning training and will work independently on a designated service route. No prior industry experience is required – the training prepares you for daily route operations, scheduling, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Complete the award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness and that of the equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem‑solver for each customer, using empathy to listen to and understand their needs and recommend efficient solutions.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that provide peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer property (training provided).
• Complete all required service‑related documentation in a handheld device.

• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
