The Maintenance Technician will join a team of housing professionals for our Framingham Portfolio. Cochituate Homes consists of 160 units and Bethany Hill Place has 41 units. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. (There is the ability to negotiate for an earlier start and end time.) Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, custodial, and grounds keeping.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
• Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Yardi is a plus.
• A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required.
• Hoisting License or OSHA certification is a plus.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Salary: $26.50 to $29.80 per hour depending on experience.
