Work ScheduleAbility to work rotating schedule which includes working every other Sunday, 2-3 days on and 2-3 days off. Ability to work rotating schedule. 12-hour work days
Must Have Skills- 2+ years in a dedicated experience in commercial HVAC role
- Previous experience:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility. - Experience with (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
Any additional licenses or trade certs or licenses a plus
NotesHVAC Technician EPA Certification is not required, however a plus!

Role will require- Climbing ladders, confined space, LOTO, hot work permit
- HVACs will work in cold rooms
- Exposure to chemicals such as glycol, utilities, IPA, spor-klenz and refrigerant
- Role will operate:
Scissor list, boom lift.

Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
- Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
- Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.
- Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
- Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.
- Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.
- Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
- Minimum Education High School Diploma
