Maloney Properties LLC in Framingham is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a housing team. The role covers the Framingham Portfolio, with hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and flexibility to adjust start/end times.
Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance and general upkeep of units and grounds.
A valid driver’s license is required; hoisting license or OSHA cert are a plus.
