Carpenter II - Residential Remodeling Norfolk Kitchen & Bath

Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. What you'll get to do:

  • Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and other finish carpentry components
  • Execute designs, floor plans, and elevation details accurately
  • Perform residential remodeling and finish carpentry work
  • Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the project
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of residential finish carpentry and remodeling experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in cabinet installation and crown molding
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans and elevation details
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and safely work from heights

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience working in two-person installation crews
  • Comfort with technology for communication and job tracking
  • Experience coordinating directly with project managers and other trades
