Outpatient Therapist

Summer Fun Fridays:
The office closes early at 12:30 pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day, giving clinicians additional time to relax and recharge.

We offer flexible scheduling with options ranging from 5 to 30 hour weeks on a fee‑for‑service basis, as well as full‑time salaried positions.

  Earn $45–$55 per hour for hourly clinicians, with premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience.
• W‑2 Employment:
  We hire W‑2 employees only—no 1099 contractor arrangements.

  We provide supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that generate real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user‑friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

• Have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Will have an independent clinical license within 2 years.
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts is a plus.
• Possess excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can manage their own schedule with client outreach.
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings is a plus.
• Able to work in one of our five office locations:
  North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we do not sponsor employment visas.
• Access to a laptop or computer, high‑speed secure internet, and a phone is required for fee‑for‑service positions.

• Full‑time salary: $60,000–$70,000.
• Incentive rate: $60 per hour over productivity.

• $45 per hour for MA Level.
• $50–$55 per hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity.
• $55–$60 per hour with initial license and additional language capacity or high level of experience.
• $65–$70 per hour for independent license.

• 50% in‑person over a 3‑month span earns $750.
• 75% in‑person over a 3‑month span earns $1,000.
• 90% and above in‑person over a 3‑month span earns $1,250.
