B)
We’re hiring a CDL Delivery Driver (Class
B) at our rental facility in Framingham, MA (Local
4). We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Salary range: $38.57/hr factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after working 40 hours. This role is subject to on‑call scheduling with additional compensation provided.
Primary Responsibilities- Operate vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
- Transport loads safely and in a timely manner over required routes, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.
- Deftly maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follow loading crew signals.
- Assist with loading of or loads and unload goods and materials, using specialized equipment when warranted; unload empty skids and return all equipment to designated area.
- Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; deliver documentation to the shipping office or appropriate staff when delivery route is complete.
- Facilitate routine service on trucks, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; report maintenance malfunctions to Shipping Supervisor.
- Arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimum loading patterns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points.
- Ability to remain focused in a busy environment.
- Must hold either a commercial driver’s license (Class B CDL) or chauffeur’s license if required by state, appropriate for the weight of the vehicle to be operated.
- Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations.
- Must pass DOT physical, as trucks driven are over 10,000 lbs.
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
- Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to travel frequently.
- CDL drivers may be required to be clean shaven to deliver to customers who have this requirement.
- This is a safety‑sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10‑panel drug screen.
