Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business and Sales Coordinator to join our team at our headquarters in Frankfort, Illinois.

The Business and Sales Coordinator supports daily business operations and sales activities, including vendor coordination, compliance documentation, pricing support, customer communication, and internal process improvement. This role works closely with Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and executive leadership to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with pricing updates, quotes, and customer requests
  • Maintain vendor contract & rebate records and compliance documentation
  • Track and manage vendor and customer compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with customers regarding documentation, product information, and order support
  • Assist with maintaining accurate product pricing and data in company systems
  • Generate sales and operational reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree OR minimum of 2-4 years of professional office experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service or sales support experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Work Requirements
  • Must reside in Illinois
  • Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Frankfort, IL
  • Starting salary: $48,000 per year
  • Health insurance (after 90 days)
  • 401(k) with company match (after 90 days)
